We stage each room. A real estate photography professional reviews every photo before it’s delivered.

What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit vacant-room originals work best. A phone photo can be fine. Dark, blurry, or heavily compressed files may not be. Suitability depends on the actual file and the room detail we can see. Furnished rooms are outside these prices — we don’t remove furniture or invent what is hidden behind an object.
When will I receive it?
Orders of eight photos or fewer are delivered in two business days. The order page shows the date before you pay. Business days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Time, excluding US federal holidays. Larger orders get a date after we review the set.
Can I request changes?
Yes. One preference revision is included for seven calendar days after delivery, inside the style you selected. A new style, an extra photo, or a different property is a separate order. If we move a window, warp the room, or leave a visual defect, we fix that without using your revision.
Will you change the house itself?
No. Staging adds virtual furnishings and decor to the photographed space. Walls, windows, floors, fixtures, built-ins, and the visible condition of the property stay as they are. We don’t repaint, repair defects, or change the view outside.
What files do I receive?
You receive the original photograph and a clearly identified virtually staged file for each photo we stage. Matching originals are included with the staged outputs.
What if my photo cannot be used?
You pay when you place the order. The upload check confirms a readable JPEG, PNG, or iPhone photo. If a photo cannot be staged faithfully, we refund that photo.
What do I get for $29?
One finished virtually staged view, the matching original, and one preference revision within the style you chose. It is a one-time payment — nothing renews.
How does pricing work for more than one photo?
Four photos are $99. Eight photos are $149. Beyond eight on the same property, each additional photo is $15. Other counts use the least expensive mix of those packages — six or seven photos are priced as the eight-photo package. You see the total before you pay.
How does the $70 completion work?
After the $29 image is delivered, you can add three suitable views of the same property, in the same style, for $70. Those three plus the first image are the four-photo package — $99 in total before any tax. You don’t receive five photos. It’s offered once for that order, for 30 days after delivery.
