Room types on the order form include Living room, Primary bedroom, Bedroom, Dining area, Kitchen, Office. Other is also available when none of those fit.

No. Staging adds virtual furnishings and decor to the photographed space. Walls, windows, floors, fixtures, built-ins, and the visible condition of the property stay as they are. We don’t repaint, repair defects, or change the view outside.
- Living room. Living room is a room type on the order form. The living room example is labeled Warm Neutral.
- Bedroom. Primary bedroom and Bedroom are room types. The bedroom example is labeled Contemporary.
- Kitchen. Kitchen is a room type. The examples do not include a separate kitchen pair.
- Dining. Dining area is a room type. The dining example is labeled Modern Coastal.
- Home office. Office is a room type. The home office example is labeled Warm Contemporary.
- Vacant and occupied rooms. These prices are for vacant rooms. Furnished rooms are outside these prices.
Disclosure
Room and Form delivers the original photograph beside a file that is identified as virtually staged. The staged image adds furnishings and decor. It is not a photograph of furniture that is in the room, and it is not a renovation. You confirm the current rules for your brokerage and MLS, including labels, captions, and whether a staged image may be used as the primary photo.
