This notice explains how Room and Form at roomandform.com handles personal information. The seller is Chris Horn d/b/a Room and Form, Wilmington, NC 28401, United States. Updated September 24, 2026.

What we collect

Name, email, the photos you upload, room type, style, an optional property label, and optional brokerage, phone, and notes. If you sign in, we store that email with your account. Payment card numbers are not stored here. Our payment provider processes the card. We keep the payment status and a provider reference for the order.

Why

To take the order, review the photo, produce the staging, deliver the files, and handle a revision or refund. After you pay, the order is tied to the email address from checkout. A sign-in link to that address opens your orders. Use the same email you paid with. Optional portfolio permission is stored separately from the right to edit the photo. Optional marketing consent is never required to order.

Where files live

Photos you upload and the finished files are kept in private storage. They are not published. A delivery link belongs to your order. Another customer’s link does not open your files. Signed-in downloads follow the account that claimed the order.

Who helps us run the service

Stripe processes card payments. Supabase stores account sign-in and the private photo files. Resend sends delivery email and sign-in email from hello@roomandform.com. They use the information only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics

A small first-party event log can record that a button was used or an upload failed. It does not store your email, photo, property label, or file name. There is no session recording on the order pages.

Retention

We keep photos and order details to deliver the work, handle the revision window, and resolve a refund or dispute. We do not promise to store files forever, and this site does not delete them on an automatic schedule. Email hello@roomandform.com to ask us to delete your photos and order details. We will delete them unless we need a copy for a refund, a dispute, or a legal duty.
