Service terms

These terms are the agreement for Room and Form at roomandform.com. The seller is Chris Horn d/b/a Room and Form, a sole proprietorship, Wilmington, NC 28401, United States. Updated September 26, 2026.

What you are buying

Virtual staging of vacant-room photographs. We add furnishings and decor. We do not renovate, repaint, remove furniture, change finishes, or alter the visible condition of the property. The original photograph is delivered with a file identified as virtually staged. See the virtual-staging disclosure.

• One photo, $29: one view, one preset style, review before delivery, one preference revision.
• Four photos, $99: four views, one preset, the same review and one revision.
• Eight photos, $149: eight views, one preset, the same review and one revision.
• Beyond eight photos on the same property order: $15 each. Exact counts use the cheapest mix of the packages above.

One photo is one camera view. There is no subscription. Nothing renews.

Payment

An ordinary vacant room that passes the file check is paid for first, as a guest. The file check only confirms a readable JPEG, PNG, or iPhone HEIC photo (HEIC is converted when you upload). It is not a decision that the room can be staged. After payment we review the source, then stage and deliver. Prices on this site are before tax. Tax, if any, is calculated at checkout. Our payment provider processes the card. We do not store the card number.

The single-photo order form can ask for a look before payment. That look is not a staged sample, and it is not the usual way to order. Nothing is charged for that look.

Revisions and refunds

If we cannot stage a photo faithfully, we ask for a replacement. If you cannot send one, or we still cannot stage it faithfully, we refund the price of that undelivered photo. Tax on a refunded charge follows the payment provider’s refund.

If we get the room or the style wrong, we fix it at no charge. That correction does not use the included preference revision. If a photo can’t be staged faithfully, you’re refunded for that undelivered photo.

One preference revision is included for seven calendar days after delivery, inside the selected style. That revision is how a preference change is handled. Studio-caused defects, including a wrong room, a wrong style, a moved window, a warped room, or a broken object, are corrected at no charge and do not use that revision. A delivered photo that matches the service described here is complete. We do not refund it for a change of mind. A new style, an extra photo, or a different property is a new order.

Timing

Orders of eight photos or fewer are delivered two business days after payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, America/New_York, excluding US federal holidays. The order page shows that date before you pay. If a photo can’t be staged, we refund it instead of treating it as delivered. Larger orders get timing confirmed after review. We do not promise two business days on an unlimited quantity.

The $70 completion

After a delivered one-photo order, three additional suitable views of the same property in the same style may be added for $70, once, within 30 days. The four images together are the four-photo package at $99. You do not receive five photos. See the completion terms.

Your photos

By paying, you confirm you have the rights to submit the images for editing and you agree to these terms. We may ask after delivery whether a before-and-after, without the property address, can be shown, and whether you will share one sentence we can quote. That ask is optional and is not required to buy. The order is tied to the email address you enter. Signing in with that address shows the paid order.

Law

North Carolina law governs these terms, except where federal law requires otherwise. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts in New Hanover County, North Carolina. We do not guarantee MLS acceptance, a sale price, days on market, or buyer inquiries.
