Guides
Short guides built from the pricing, photo rules, and disclosure already published on this site.
The disclosure reminder on each page is the same rule we publish on the disclosure page: the original photograph is delivered beside a file identified as virtually staged.
- Virtual staging for listing agents. One-time virtual staging for listing agents. The original photo is delivered with a file identified as virtually staged.
- MLS disclosure for virtually staged photos. General guidance on disclosing virtually staged photos. This page does not state the rule of any particular MLS.
- How to photograph a room for virtual staging. Clear, well-lit vacant-room photos work best. JPEG, PNG, or iPhone photos, up to 12 MB, at least 800 × 600.
Disclosure
Room and Form delivers the original photograph beside a file that is identified as virtually staged. The staged image adds furnishings and decor. It is not a photograph of furniture that is in the room, and it is not a renovation. You confirm the current rules for your brokerage and MLS, including labels, captions, and whether a staged image may be used as the primary photo. We do not guarantee MLS acceptance, a sale price, days on market, or buyer inquiries. Staging disclosure
