No. Staging adds virtual furnishings and decor to the photographed space. Walls, windows, floors, fixtures, built-ins, and the visible condition of the property stay as they are. We don’t repaint, repair defects, or change the view outside.

The studio pair

Our own test room. Furnishings were added. The floors, windows, radiators, and chandelier stay as photographed. It is labeled Warm Neutral. It is not a client listing.

Disclosure

Room and Form delivers the original photograph beside a file that is identified as virtually staged. The staged image adds furnishings and decor.
